Where do you deliver?  -  WE DO NOT OFFER DELIVERY AT THIS MOMENT (01.10.2021)

We have a 52KM radius from Mississauga. Our regular delivery boundaries: Burlington /Newmarket /Scarbourough /Downtown. Choose LOCAL DELIVERY for those areas.

How much is the delivery fee? 

During the Covid crisis, we just decided to make delivery FREE. We know, crazy, but this is part of our contribution to making things a bit easier to order. If you feel up to it, please do include a tip for the delivery guys. They run around tirelessly to get these beautiful donuts not only to customers, but to all the donation drop off places. There is a spot right at checkout to tip. Thanks a million.

When will my delivery arrive?

It will arrive 10:00 am - 6:00 pm the day your confirmation states. 

Can you give me a narrower delivery window?

Sooo sorry but we can't right now. We are keeping the delivery radius large to get to as many of you as possible. This also means it's taking us a tad longer to get from, say, Mississauga to Scarborough:) We leave our facility with the freshly prepared donuts around 10 am. We usually drop the last orders around 6PM, maybe a bit later.

Can I ask for a specific delivery date?

For regular orders the only delivery days that are available are those that are listed on the website. If you have a larger order for Special Occasion please email us at info@donuthive.ca

Where is my delivery? I didn't get it !

If this happens, please send us an email to info@donuthive.ca. We will investigate what happened and get back to you as soon as possible with explanations and options we can offer.

I ordered donuts as a gift, but the recipient wasn't home when the driver called.

Unfortunately, we are no longer redelivering the orders! If we tried to deliver and the person wasn't home, the donuts that were meant for him/her will be disposed of. We cannot resell them or redeliver the next day. Please make sure to notify the recipient about the order, so this situation won't happen to you, otherwise, we are very sorry but the refund will not be provided.
